Products

Our products are sold online in limited quantities and availabilities.

We endeavour to portray all our products as accurately as we can, however, please take into account that our pictures may not be to scale and all measurements quoted are approximate so best to double check. Although we try to reproduce colours as accurately as possible there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography so please be aware of this when ordering. We are happy to send out fabric samples prior to purchase so please let us know.

We sell both vintage and new products in store. All vintage items will have been cleaned, repaired and restored and full details will be given of this process if necessary. As to be expected with vintage there will be signs of age and use which we view as a plus, adding extra charm and interest. We will do to our best ability, list as fully as possible the vintage condition of each item. We describe and show all vintage items as accurately as possible, and do not accept returns on these items unless damaged in transit.

The majority of our new products are handmade and come from small designers and makers so therefore slight variations will occur in each piece. Please contact us if you have any specific questions about an item and we will answer to the best of our ability.

Prices set out on the website are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Orders

When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please ensure you keep this email as we may need you to refer to it should there be any issues with your order. If you do not receive this email please contact nickyhank@gmail.com so that we can investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

In the unlikely case of an error on the website, we will try to contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary without prior notice.

Payment

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through payment portal Stripe. If you would like to use another payment method, please telephone us during shop hours.

Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order. In this case we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer).

We will not have any access to your data that is exchanged in connection with the purchase. All personal contact information is held strictly confidential. We guarantee no other persons will have access to any of your personal information or payment details.

Damaged or faulty items

All of our products are carefully inspected before sending, and great care is taken in the packaging to ensure that all items reach you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing nickyhank@gmail.com and include your order number and preferred contact details. We will then do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon return, when we will decide whether to accept the item as faulty. We recommend you use a registered postal service as we cannot be held responsible for goods being lost during delivery. Please also retain the proof of postage as we will require this for our records and in order to reimburse you the correct amount. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement for any reason, we will be happy to refund you in full.

Should you receive an incorrect item, please follow the above procedure. You will be reimbursed the cost of returning to us.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish, providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.

Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items; bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Do not return damaged or faulty items without first contacting us.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the goods we supply and guarantee to replace or refund any goods that are found to be faulty or not fit for purpose. However, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and we accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the supply of faulty goods.
