Melin Tregwynt’s famous woollen throws are woven at the white-washed woollen mill nestled in a remote wooded valley on the Pembrokeshire coast. There has been a mill there since the 17th century, when local farmers would bring their fleeces to be spun into yarn and woven into sturdy Welsh wool blankets.

Melin Tregwynt’s famous woollen throws are woven at the white-washed woollen mill nestled in a remote wooded valley on the Pembrokeshire coast. There has been a mill there since the 17th century, when local farmers would bring their fleeces to be spun into yarn and woven into sturdy Welsh wool blankets.

This classic ‘ Vintage Star ’ design in a beautiful bright blue, warm greys and brown colourway is a historic pattern from the 1950s that Melin Tregwynt bought back into production in 2015. Its a classic Welsh tapestry which comes in a beautiful range of colours.
